How does Telegram connection work?

Dispatch Desk connects to your existing Telegram account. The current build includes a guided setup for obtaining Telegram API credentials, followed by account sign-in. Your credentials and session are stored locally, encrypted using Windows protection.

Does it create a new group?

No. Select existing private chats and groups. Each selected conversation receives a separate message, and recipients reply in their regular Telegram chat.

What does the current app support?

Plain-text announcements, saved recipient lists, reusable templates, send history and a demo mode with sample data. It supports one connected Telegram account. Keep the app open while sending; Telegram permissions and waiting limits apply.

Can I use it on my phone?

The current application is for Windows desktop. Mobile access, attachments, scheduled sends, broadcast channels and a reply inbox are not included.
